Do you ship world-wide? 

Yes we do ship world-wide. Except for the following countries, Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia. 

What are the currency stated on the website? 

Prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)  

Are KLARITY products sold at any other retailers? 

Yes. Klarity are available in Singapore SASA Stores, BHG Departmental Stores, Pink Beauty Cosmetics Stores, Sephora Digital, Secretive.sg  

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped in Singapore are via third-party courier delivery service. For international orders, it will be shipped via Singpost.  

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 3 business days. After that, delivery time within Singapore is 1-2 working day, and 10-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during festive seasons, this time may vary.

Our customer service team will response to all emails within 48 business hours.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

I am an international customer (outside Singapore) Do I have to pay customs and taxes? 

All international packages are shipped via Singpost. Items shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by KLARITY.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Singpost to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Singapore.  

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at admin@klarityskin.com with your inquiry. 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.
